ClosedLoop, a healthcare data science platform, has unveiled two new data science solutions aimed at assisting healthcare organizations in analyzing, assessing, and improving their programs to reduce adverse events, enhance health outcomes, and reduce costs.
The first solution, ACO-Predict, is the healthcare sector’s first no-cost AI-powered solution for population health risk stratification. Integrated with the Beneficiary Claims Data API data feeds from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, it provides Medicare Accountable Care Organizations with a turnkey risk stratification tool for Complex Care Management programs.
The second product, ClosedLoop Evaluate, is a SaaS solution designed to evaluate and continuously monitor the effectiveness of population health initiatives over extended periods. It aims to replace costly consulting firms and imprecise pre- and post-assessments with software-driven evaluations, allowing organizations to better understand the actual effects of their programs.
