Juno Medical, a modern healthcare provider aiming to meet the everyday healthcare needs of the “99%” while revitalizing neighborhoods, has raised $12 million in a Series A funding round. The round was co-led by NEXT VENTURES Managing Partner Julian Eison and Serena Ventures Managing Partner Serena Williams. Juno offers a tech-enabled healthcare model that combines primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, same-day care, and virtual care in a unified experience. The funding will support Juno’s technology platform development and expansion into new markets, including Atlanta, Tulsa, and Los Angeles.
Juno accelerated the opening of its first location in Harlem, New York, in April 2020 to provide healthcare services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Its approach is designed to provide exceptional care to underserved communities and help address healthcare disparities in the United States.
